Our Three-Year Warranty

At Austin Natural Painting, our goal is to do the job right the first time. However, we know that no one is perfect, not even our skilled and experienced painters. To give our customers added peace of mind, we guarantee our workmanship for three years.

For a period of 36 months following the completion of the contracted work, we will repair any peeling, blistering or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship. If the home is sold within the warranty period, the warranty is transferrable to the new homeowners

This warranty excludes any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, structural defects, settling or contracting, moisture accumulation, acts of God (fire, flooding, etc.), rotted wood, failure of previous paint coatings, and horizontal walking surfaces (decks, floors, and steps) that by design permit moisture to collect. Other restrictions may apply.

Is Austin Natural Painting insured?

Yes. Copies of our insurance will be provided upon request.

Can you help me with color selection?

Yes. Doug and his team can give you a free color consultation prior to the start of your project.

Do your crews work on the weekend?

We generally work on Saturday but not on Sunday.

How large are your crews?

Our crews usually have between two and four painters, but we have larger crews for large-scale projects.

How will you protect my home?

We will cover and mask all furniture, floors, and all the areas that aren’t being painted.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the results?

We will do what it takes to make sure that you are satisfied with our work.

Do rooms need to be completely empty before you paint.

We ask that you remove decorations and small items (especially valuable or breakable items). We will move the large furniture and cover everything professionally.
