We used Austin Natural Painting to help us update the exterior of our home (brick and siding) in May and we couldn’t be happier with the result.  Doug walked us through the process and helped us decide what would work best between lime wash and mineral paint on the brick.  Our goal was to use a material that would change the color while preserving the properties of the brick, and ultimately hold up well over time. We ended up going with a tinted lime wash. Doug and his crew did an amazing job limewashing the exterior brick on our house. They took the time to study the exact look we were aiming for, and then executed the job with brick-by-brick precision. What was once a very plain, 1990s façade, is now rejuvenated with classic whitewash that looks like it took decades to achieve. Romabio paint was an incredible product to watch in action, and you can rest easy knowing it is environmentally friendly. Plus, it matched perfectly with the Benjamin Moore color we specified. Doug, did a fantastic job on my metal roof. I asked Doug to paint my metal roof to reflect the sun and heat to save money on my electric bill. I estimate this summer (2019), so far, that we have saved $150.00/month or more off of my electric bill. We live on some acreage just outside of Austin in a 1,900 ft. trailer house. Our bill sometimes was over $300.00 in the summer of 2018. Now my bills have been between $120.00 to $139.00/month. It’s more than we had expected.
